Perhaps useful to say: the file that failed to open doesn't exist. Seems like the com_invoice.zip is incomplete or something...

Artio helped me out with the installation. Everything fine now, really don't know what went wrong.

how did you go about getting support?
i am having almost the exact same issue and these guys just don't seem to reply??

did you have to pay for support? - I hope not as I have already payed for the product

can you please list all of the instances where to delete
i have found
languages
english
dutch
french
iranian
italian

files
components/com_vminvoice
plugins/plg_vminvoice

database
jos_menus
jos_extensions

but after deleting all of this I am unable to reinstall

also this above is occurring is on my dedicated server

I would like you to solve the issue I am experiencing on my development server as well

I would like you guys to reply to my original post here:

Hello,

you don't need to remove any of your files and folders. If you bought our component, you can just click on reinstall from ARTIO on upgrade page.
