Hello, because of error in upgrade file, plugin was not updated during upgrade. Please, reinstall the component to make it work (use component upgrade page).

I installed the latest version of component and plugin, but the error still remains.

Hello, have you tried reinstall? If yes, uninstall and install component again (database and config should stay). The plugin file in latest package is definitely right.

This is the only reference to the same error I'm getting in a joomla 2.5.6 and 2.5.7 installation combined with Virtuemart 2.0.10.

I've tried numerous times to install this tool but it keeps giving me this error. When I try to visit either the homepage or the administrator area I get a blank page (no source code whatsoever).

Any idea what might be causing this and what I can do to solve it.
