Perhaps you could point me to these solutions? As I cant find them anywhere.
I have tried the above, I cant get this working and the site in question needs to go live in a few hours.
Thanks

Please see
www.ecommercewonders.co.uk/index.php?opt...cchk=1&Itemid=31
The menu links on the left hand side ARE SEF. However the 'product details'
buttons in the browse pages in virtuemart are NOT SEF. Why would this be? This happens with a
3rd party browse page AND the core VM browse pages.
Many Thanks

Dear Gary,
your situation is a bit different then you claim here.
You told us on support you have been moving your site to other server, and that previously everything was working correct. We told you, then the easiest thing to do is do the reinstall the whole thing to get it fixed. Then you want us to resend you the files.
There are some rules set you have agreed with on - as 6 months download limit etc. - which you have agreed on. I really do not know what happened on your site. However we have suggested you several ways how to solve them.
After several angry mails, you did not reply anymore, so what else would you like from us?
If you want US to solve this, buy paid support. We however refuse this case is caused by any problem at our side.
All cases of the links appearing in paid version we have experienced here were just because wrong install procedure.
Maybe, being a bit more polite we could solve this in more firendly matter.
This isnt the first problem I have had with Artio products, but its the same support!
I even tried to buy the product again but your problem kicked up errors (which you denied as you had XXX amount of users on the site). Why would I make it up? I want the problem fixed!
I will have to sort it out myself.

Thank you for the suggestion, personally I am looking for the Artio guys to pull their finger out as I have had this problem occur before on another site and I know others have too.
Surely THEY should be addressing the problem? :)

Hi.
I have the PAID version of Joomsef and the Virtuemart Extension on my LIVE SITE.
For an unknown reason the site now has the SEO by Artio links ALL OVER THE SITE. It looks DREADFUL.
So I email support. They say 'ah that should happen, reinstall Jomsef'. Well I dont have a local copy. I am asked for my order number, well I dont know it as I have ordered quite a few copies for my sites and client sites.
Then I am told that if I ordered it over 6 months ago i wont be able to redownload it anyway.
GREAT!!
Well its an emergency as its a LIVE and KICKING website. So I think, I'll have to swallow the cost and reorder it. However I couldnt even do that as the Artio site kicks up 'Invalid Token' errors and more.
I am hoping someone reads this that can actually do something. I know a lot of people have/have had this problem. Its VERY simple, I have PAID for the component and virtuemart extension and now I have Artio links all over my site.
They MUST be removed.
I will provide ftp and admin login details. I just need this sorted.
Anyone willing to step up?

Hi all.
I was visiting the website I was building via IP (the temporary address given by my host)
Everything works GREAT.
However when I type the actual URL ( www.hors.......), the site works fine but every single link gives me
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator,

and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Any ideas what to do?
Many Thanks
