What are the application costs and running costs?
The application is designed as on-demand service. This means, it is completely running on our technical equipment that is managed by our company. That does not requite spending any extra resources for new hardware or software. You will only pay a monthly license costs for the system usage.
The pricing conditions are set-up to reflect the number of objects you need to maintain within the system. How difficult is it to setup the application and what do I need?
The application is accessed using an internet browser application such as Internet Explorer (6 or newer), Firefox, Opera, Safari, Mozzila, Konqueror or similar. Therefore you only need a computer with installed internet browser and connected to the Internet. No additional hardware or software tools are required.
Is it difficult to use the system?
The system is very intuitive and does not require any special computer knowledge. It uses all common used conventions and standards, so even a beginning user can use all of its features and functionality. The application environment is multilingual.
How long does it take to deploy the system?
In case you do not need any special adjustment tailored to your company and your workflow, the system can be setup virtually in "minutes". In case some customization is required - such as considering company-specific processes or data entities, then the time is dependant on the needed changes complexity. However, in most cases the time needed does not exceed 2 weeks. You can also start using the base system immediately and the required changes can be added "on-fly".
