This isnt the first problem I have had with Artio products, but its the same support!

I even tried to buy the product again but your problem kicked up errors (which you denied as you had XXX amount of users on the site). Why would I make it up? I want the problem fixed!

I will have to sort it out myself.

Dear Gary,

I do not see a reason why you would make it up. The fact is, there is several orders every day, so I believe there is nothing I can do about this.
I think that you might be trying to login with incorrect username. Because the usernames you have sent us were not all right. You are registered under 3 different names on our website: garysumpter, Diese E-Mail-Adresse ist gegen Spambots geschützt! Du musst JavaScript aktivieren, damit Du sie sehen kannst. , reptleretail.

So you might try using one of those to login. If you do not have password, you can use lost password functiton. If you keep having problem, please, let me know exactly what the problem is.

If you want to mail us access info to your site, we would be willing to check the problem directly at your site. However, please note if the problem will be clearly because of wrong install or some hacks or patches to our code, we would bill you for support. If it would be some problem with our code, we would do it for free and you will get our apologies.

I am sorry about this approach, but we have rich experience with users breaking their sites by doing changes they do not understand and then asking us to fix those for free.
