When I clicked on Update URLs I run into this:

Fatal error: Class 'SefExt_com_sef' not found in /home/***/public_html/***/components/com_sef/joomsef.php on line 271

Is there something I'm missing?

It seems that some extension is changing the variable which it shouldn't change during the update. Are you using some extension not from ARTIO? And are you sure there are no extensions not compatible with JoomSEF 3.x in the /components/com_sef/sef_ext directory?

Can you please identify which of these extensions is causing issue or suggest how to fix this problem?
