Hi i have a problem in my Joomla 1.5 under server Plesk Windows.
When i try to generate SEF link with JoomSef (JoomSEF configuration ---> SAVE) the component don't generate any kind of link. WHY ??

Where i must place the httpd.ini ??

Make sure the global SEO settings in Joomla global configuration are set to Yes.
At least the first two of them
- Search Engine Friendly URLs
- Use Apache mod_rewrite

When running windows, insted of mod_rewrite, you need to have some ISAPI rewrite extension installed. E.g. Helicon's ISAPI Rewrite 3.
Regarding where to place httpd.ini, check your ISAPI module documentation. In case of Helicon, this differes if you have free or paid version.

my site is under Windows i don't have apache but IIS and ISAPI Enabled

If you want us to configure this for you, you can order the JoomSEF IIS (Windows) installation and configuration.
