After upgrading to version 2.5 the contact form is not working i.e.
after clicking send button a postfix, for example, "#cid_123" is added to the main
domain name instead of being added to the current page name (where
contact form resides), pls see the following:

old version 2.19: link created after clicking send button:

www.domainname123dummy.eu/contact-us#cid_123

->works fine

2.

new ver 2.5:
link created after clicking send button:
www.domainname123dummy.eu/#cid_948

->does not work

Even disabling SEF creation for FoxContact in exception panel and clearing cache/updating urls does not help.

Open JoomSEF's Configuration and on the Advanced tab try setting the "Set page base href value" option to "Yes - always use full SEO URL".
