I have updated to the correct version of ArtioSEF, changed the category setting in the content extension to "no", updated the URLs, cleared the cache but the categories are still displaying in the URLs.

What else do I need to do?

There doesn't seem to be any support for this component from the developers any more.

In the documentation regarding the backup of custom URLs : after selecting the URLs from one page and then downloading the file named 'ARTIO JoomSEF_custom_urls.sql', does this file contain all of the custom URLs or only those from the page selected?

If I select the URLs from a different page then i get a file to download with the same name.
