I have found around the web the 404 redirect plug-in.
Does anybody knows a way to make it work with the latest version of joomsef?

The plug-in requires a mambot, the rdaddphp to include into the 404 page a custom php code to handle the redirect. But the 404 page don't handle the mambot!!!

I gave a look at the code of artio joom sef and I've seen that the 404 page is generated just via a DIE COMMAND. Even if I'm not a joomla guru I can imagine that in this way the code of a mambot cannot be executed...

Or I'm doing something wrong? the 404 page doesn't executes any 404 mambot...

i have tried to insert directly an include... but it seems to be incompatible... (headers already send and then cannot load classes)

does anybody have patched the 404 redirect plug-in to work with the latest version of joomsef? or can anybody help me to make it work?

any help would be really appreciated!!!

Hi to all,

I'm working to a multilingual site: english + italian.

If i create a NEW content element (without translation) and I link it to a menu
I just get a not found error.

The easiest thing of the world. I create a new content item, and i click the \"create menu\" button to create a menu item....

I feel so stupid, but please, help me!!!!

What's the problem? Any tricks? Any tutorial on how to do?

Of course the rest of the site works well, i mean loads of news, components etc. etc.

The problem seems to not appear if i link to the menu a STATIC CONTENT, i keep the same title of the content item.

Any help would be appreciated.
