My site crashed and I am starting to re-build it, but now I get a blank page on Global Configuration.

This is the error code displayed
Fatal error: Call to undefined method stdClass::onDisplay() in /home/pennyla1/public_html/libraries/joomla/html/editor.php on line 459

How do I fix this?

artio also totally crashed my entire site on my dedicated linux server
it was so bad that I had to go in and manually delete all files using linux bash command prompt and then also remove all references in the language files and phpmyadmin and then it worked again

what is very frustraing is that these guys refuse to answer any payed customer problem - it has been more than 1 week since my original request but no response

I recommend that you delete everything as I have and await a response - if it ever comes.

Can you check article editing if there is everything correct or it is just editor problem?
Global Configuration in VM Invoice component uses editor too.

And if you disable editors for your website, will that problem still persists?
