Hello. I am studiing your component using the free version and testing your demo site.
My intent is to have a platform for reserving slot of "one to one" consulence provided by different consultants.
I think to use different Objects for each consultant.

I need to know:

1) Hold
It is possible, in the back end, to hold some custom "periods/hours/days" ?
In the free version and in the demo is not possible to assign a date to a new reservation generated in the booking control panel. It is normal?

2) Monitor
It is possible for a registered collaborator, in a reserved page in the front-end, to see the reservations of one object (we will prefer) or all objects ?

3) Refund
If we are not satisfied by the component, do you provide a refund after a test period?

Hello,

1. If you mean creating new reservations in administration part, there is probably bug. We know about it and it will be repaired for next version.
2. You can set admins for booking system (even if it is only user from group Registered) and they have rights to change booking reservations from frontend. Admins have rights to all objects. If you want to set admins rights for selected type of objects, you will have to wait for next release.

1. How much time for the version without the bug?

2. Your reply it's about the paid version? Or I can try this function in the free and in the demo?

3. "No refunds" is not a very good news.

We will release new version probably this week. Finally bug is that it is allowed to "create" new reservation in backend.
Administrators (accounts marked in booking as admins) have different type of registration form. They have possibilities to create new reservations via frontend.

I think you can try it in free version too. Create new account via Joomla and assign him admin right in:
Components -> ARTIO Booking -> Admins. Created account can be admin or customer, but not both. If you can not assign admin right to account (has no chackbox in list), then it is probably marked as customer.
