Probally a bug in the old version of Joomsef.

The url is generated b the first view of the article in the frontend, and for us the first view is by the module GK News in the ome page.

Activated "Guess Itemid" in Content Extension all is now ok (like before the update were the Guess was off).

After the last update the urls for new articles are generated with a wrong item id.

Now the problem is in the url of the articles in a sub category that become with the itemid of the home.

home (mysite)
index.php?option=com_content&catid=56&id=11&view=article&Itemid=105

first level category (mysite/category1)
index.php?option=com_content&catid=56&id=90&view=article&Itemid=8


second level category (mysite/category1/category2)
index.php?option=com_content&id=4&layout=blog&view=category&Itemid=12

all tihs url are "active"

article (wrong)
index.php?option=com_content&catid=4&id=7349&view=article&Itemid=105

I want the itemid 12 because the article is in the category 4

Before the update all works well.

The Joomsef update was from 4.6.10 to 4.7.4 (actual)
At the same time the Joomla update was from 3.6.5 to 3.8.7 (actual)

Another error by me. Really I see 404. In my backend I don't have the possibility to choose Super Administrator. Our site come from a migration form 1.5 to 2.5, I don't know if the problem become frome that... :-(

Hello, I am using JoomSEF 4.2.9 with Joomla! 2.5.8

If I put a future pubblication date in an article, until this is really published I can't reach it and I obtain only a page 404.

This is a Joomla problem, a JoomSEF problem or you think this can be another problem?

In the Changelog of the component I read:
--- 1.5.1 --- [13.12.2012]
and
--- 1.5.0 --- [8.12.2012]

Probally there is an error in the month.

Hello. I am studiing your component using the free version and testing your demo site.
My intent is to have a platform for reserving slot of "one to one" consulence provided by different consultants.
I think to use different Objects for each consultant.

I need to know:

1) Hold
It is possible, in the back end, to hold some custom "periods/hours/days" ?
In the free version and in the demo is not possible to assign a date to a new reservation generated in the booking control panel. It is normal?

2) Monitor
It is possible for a registered collaborator, in a reserved page in the front-end, to see the reservations of one object (we will prefer) or all objects ?

3) Refund
If we are not satisfied by the component, do you provide a refund after a test period?

Hello, I have a special section on my site that show some content when in the url there are some variabiles.
Now my urls are like mysite.com/special-page?GUID={123-456-ABC-DEF}&etc=aaa&txt=bbb
Ther urls are not created by Joomla, but froma a PHP that read external content and write the page.

Is possible for Joomsef to write an url for every "GUID=" to have urls like mysite.com/special-page/123-456-ABC-DEF?etc=aaa&txt=bbb or I must to ask to a code programmer to develop the PHP of my special page?

I have added the word "highlight" in the list of "Custom non-SEF variables:" (JoomSEF general "configuration" panel, "Advanced" tab, second colum, "Non-SEF URLs and variables" box, 4th row).

Joomsef creates new urls when I make a search.
I am using standard module and plugin fron Joomla 2.5.7.
The search engine (with higlight active) make urls like this, for every article listed:
index.php?option=com_content&catid=44&highlight=YToxOntpOjA7czo2OiJzd2VkZW4iO30=&id=1156&view=article

There is a possibility to use "higlight" function without Joomsef create new urls?
