Hello, In french people use to send their phone and some extra message about a specila code to open a door to the logistic. In which document can I change or add this settungs?

Example:
Si possible, appeler au 0627***** , 1h avant la livraison. code porte B404, digicode, rahm***. 1er etage

Hello, sorry for calling it a bug. I aint got enough words in English. But it is strange for me.
I could not answer the Forum these days becaus I was in another project.

1. I receive every mail from the shop or the contact formula on the website

2. This is my General Mailsettings

3. I made an upgrade to 1.4.2 an d no I receive only mail as an shopper. If I change to shopper and shoppkeeper I get an email error:

Could not instantiate mail function.
Mail could NOT be sent.

Thank you I will find a solution for sure :)
I can see nearly the most mails, it should be all of them, but anyway the software is buggy!

Thank you and good luck. My bug is different. I stilll have an empty to: field in the mailcopy. That means no customermail. The main reason for bying this software :(

Thanks for replying. I think I understand that shopper is taken from the shoppers mail which he has put in the email-filed during the order. But the problem is that I am the shopper and I dont receive any mail. Even configuring ""shopper only". But if I look into the copy of these mails headers the to: field is empty.
I guess that is the main issue. And this may explain why I get an "Mail is send" but I get no mail.

Thank you. I receive now because I have found the mistake. In the joomla mail config I put as from my special smtp-auth-name and not my "normal" from address. I found all the mails in the smtp-auth-user account. But the funny thing is the to: (Here shoul be the shopper) is emtpy if I check the header of the mail:

Is there any example page with a running mailconfig?
And I have seen a mailxxx.php in the adminarea. Should I use this instead?

I did the upgrade allready. And now I get mail sent.... but no Mail.
Or shall I put a new user (byer) for each Test?

The mailserver dont receive any mail. We have been tracking the log. But the programm still tell me "mail has been sent"....
I have Joomla as mail-config in the configuration.

I receive the message "Mail has been sent." But I dont get any Mail in my testaccount . In the configuration is "joomla" as my mail-config selected and all other aplication can sent mail with the "joomla-mail-config".


I hope somebody can help me.
