I've installed JoomSEF and everything is working correctly EXCEPT my menus.

I have a "right menu" module which should only appear on certain pages. I've selected the appropriate pages in the module's configuration page by highlighting the pages I want the menu to appear.

However, the menu appears on ALL pages, and this destroys the page layout of the ones that shouldn't have the menu.

I notice that I have a lot of duplicate URLS and "trash" URLS. I'm afraid to delete them but wonder if this will help solve the problem?

I also have this problem. I tried both enabling and disabling of the "Use index for sections and categories" but this had no effect. (I purged the existing URLs each time).

Help please?
