I've installed JoomSEF and everything is working correctly EXCEPT my menus.

I have a "right menu" module which should only appear on certain pages. I've selected the appropriate pages in the module's configuration page by highlighting the pages I want the menu to appear.

However, the menu appears on ALL pages, and this destroys the page layout of the ones that shouldn't have the menu.

I notice that I have a lot of duplicate URLS and "trash" URLS. I'm afraid to delete them but wonder if this will help solve the problem?

Hello,

This is caused by the wrong Itemid being stored with the links. Make sure that "Ignore multiple sources" option is disabled in your JoomSEF's configuration on the Advanced tab.
