Title &Meta Descrition & Keywords dont work

After setting the mentioned string in the template index.php only the ordering from the Site title is correct. But setting a new title or setting description or keywords get not showing in the metas. Have anybody an idea to really fix this problem ? Thanks in advance with best regards, Urs

In fact that there's so bad support, is getting me a bit mad, I was trusting this software and now I loose weeks of hard work by this update. Hello,

in 2.0.0, there was a bug that cause JoomSEF metabot not to be working -- that is fixed in the current releases 2.0.1 and 2.0.2.

The other reason, why mambot is not working maybe conflict with some other component. E.g. it cannot work together with JoomSEO, because they attempt to modify the same files.

If there is some other reason why this does not work, we can only check it on a specific site, because with standard installation it works fine.

I do not think our support is as bad as you say, but we are quite busy and we cannot solve individual problems at every users site. If you want to get it solved really fast, buy some support time at http://www.artio.net/en/e-shop/support-services and our admins will try to help you fast. If they hit the bug, you will thus also contribute to others by getting it fixed. (however my opinion is that there is 95% probability the problem are related to individual Joomla configuration and relations to other components than that there would be a bug in code).
