I do not hope, that we have to wait for the next release, a small hack is enough. Perhaps this issue can be solved soon...

just add in index.php of your template:

checkSEFTitle();
generateSEFMeta();

before mosShowHead();

However I think my knowlegde of php is not enough, or I missunderstood it!
First of all in the index.php of my template there is not such a line:

mosShowHead();

I tried to copy it like here:

checkSEFTitle();
generateSEFMeta();

just copy paste in my index.php, before <title>, and the result... I get this text that I pasted on the top of my webpage.

Does it mean that I have to add some something to it before I paste it in index.php?

The only thing which I don't understand is in Artio JoomSEF MetaBot:

Yes - before page title
and
No - after page title works in the oposite direction.
