Hello,

This problem is caused by the component that displays the link - it is not processing the URL using SEF before it displays it. You will probably need to contact its developers about this.
But first, go to JoomSEF's configuration and check that at the bottom there is (use default handler) selected for com_jim component.

Hi,
Thank you very much,
The option is ok.
I don't thought that jim is the cause of problem, because when I click on "vente" I have any problem despite this link use jim component.
Also I have a problem with adsmanager, for example you can click on the first picture on home page here I have tow links that have the same URls when I don't activate joomsef.

Well this is another case - since it is a description text, I guess that you entered the URL manually, so the component cannot use the Joomla's function to convert the link to SEF. Such links conversion only works for articles, because there is a plugin for them that searches for non-SEF links and converts them automatically. Components can call the content's plugins to achieve the same behaviour, but they almost never do that.

So,
what's pluin should I install to resolve this problem.
Also, normally I can create my URL with the option" View/Edit
Custom Redirects",I do that but the problem is not resolved.

The standard System - SEF plugin in Joomla 1.5 should do this (if the link is in relative "index.php?option=...." format) automatically.
The Custom redirects do not work because the link does not go through SEF at all.
