When I installaded joomsef and actve URLs explicites (SEF) in general configuration I hade a problem with my home page.
it is not the same when I dsactivate the option URLs explicites (SEF) in general configuration.

You still say you have a problem with your home page. But what problem? Try enabling JoomSEF and let me see it myself.
