I baked up the jos_redirection database, changed something in the Joomsef configuration, and then restored the database. However, most of my old urls are showing 404s.

Is there a different way to restore the database?

I don't understand why you did that - when you change something in JoomSEF configuration and click Cancel on question for purgeing of created URLs, nothing changes in your database. However, your old URLs still should be working fine. I don't know what's causing your problem. You can buy our Support time so we can solve your particular problem.
