Hi,

1. Go to JoomSEF's Advanced configuration (you first need to enable the Professional mode in Basic configuration to see it) and change the "Set page base href" option to "No - disable base generation".

2. For URL in link to be automatically converted, it must be relative starting with index.php, eg.:
<a href="index.php?option=com_content&id=5&view=article&Itemid=2">
Check if this condition is met.
Problem with modules being displayed on wrong pages is caused by wrong or missing Itemid in the URL. Check if your article URL contains correct Itemid (it's the ID of menu item that should be used for it).

Hi

Thanx that fixed up the spa slider issue!

Issue 2, somehow the article ID was showing incorrectly - I removed the article ID and it's working fine now.

Thanx again.
