So what was the solution? I also experience problems with configuring ARTIO + FaLang.

The last message I got from Dajo is that they could confirm the issue and are working on a solution for the next release of JoomSEF. Maybe Dajo knows more details :)

Hi,
The problem with "Add menu title" option will be fixed in next version of JoomSEF. It should be released during next week.

This is the only thread about FaLang, which I found. But I am not sure, if fixing of URL will completely solve my problem. I tried lots of configuration, but my site is always in English inspite of default language - German.

Should I open a new thread? I followed tips from this one, site started ignoring selected language and always set UI to English + German links.

Well you haven't specified what your problem was in your first post. This thread becomes quite long, if your problems are not solved by answers from this thread, please start a new one with description of your problem and all the required information (like what versions of Joomla and JoomSEF you use).
