I want to upgrade mi paid version of joomsef but i can't beaucause, i lose mi download id. I want to know, how i can ask mi dowload id thanks. I have already post this message one or two day ago. But no one reply me. So i retry.

you can find download ids when you login to artio.net and check your orders.
E-Shop -> My Account. And there is icon for My Orders. Open detail of your order and there should be download ids.

Download id is also in email we sent you.

I bought 2 products (Order Number: 00028208) and I got no Download-ID.
I sent an email with my problem and detailed Informations, but after the reply to last email
of you with
"Dear Sir,
please, what is your order number?"
I received no answer... since 15.11.2012!

So what should I do?
How to get my payd products?

28208 is confirmed, you should find your download ids also in:
E-Shop -> My Account. And there is icon for My Orders. Open detail of your order and there should be download ids.

If you downloaded your products, then you had your download ids. You can not download any product without it.

Yeah, today I received the Emails with my Download-IDs,
and the ID's and Links are also online in my account now.
