I can't find community forum for invoice mgr?

Upgrade failed, because 3.0.5 had autorun enables. Upgrade fails on autorun.
Did a fresh install on test-server, all went fine, until I enabled ARTIO VM Invoice 3 Autorun.
Blank screen straight away. Only way to disable vai phpmyadmin!

Error message in php_errors.log:

Although on production server I am getting:
