I've read from the previous questions that this plugin allows orders via phone/email. My question is, if I add a new order via backend, will it show when I check it on my "Orders"? And if the client bought a digital product for example, would he be able to login and download the product even though he bought it via phone/email?

I've been looking for a plugin that could help me with our store. Hopefully this is it :)

Hello Anne,
yes, the Order you create with VM Invoice will show in VirtueMart same as any other order created through website.
And there is no limitation as regards downloadable products.

Thanks for the response! We already bought and installed it. :)

One thing though, I tried a new order with downloadable product and it's not sending out the supposed "Download Info" email.

Oh and I can't seem to post in the customers section :( I think my boss used a different username/email add.
