Hello Artio

We are a new customer to your VM Invoice product but we're struggling to get the tax summary and invoice totals to show up on our invoices.

We've set all the totals to YES in the configuration window but this doesn't make any difference.... We get the order line by line on the invoice but don't get totals for the order or an invoice summary.

We've reset the invoice template to as supplied but this doesn't make any difference either.

Please can someone suggest how to solve this?

Hello,

Because I can not find any problem what can cause your troubles, can you send us admin login and password for your website to Diese E-Mail-Adresse ist gegen Spambots geschützt! Du musst JavaScript aktivieren, damit Du sie sehen kannst. ?
I hope, we will be able to find something in your VM Invoice settings.
Please add there also link to this topic so we know what problems do you have.

Following the upgrade to 2.0.25 the tax summary only shows up on the invoice if the payment method is set to VM Payment Paypal.

When we set it to any of our other payment methods the invoice does not show a tax summary and when we save the order/invoice we get an error "Cannot Save Payment" at the top of the screen.

Does this help with sorting out this problem? If not I will create you an access on our testing server.
