Hi all,

I have just got the artio invoice and really like the pro look compared to the hideous VM2 emails

I have one thing which is a bit of a mare to try and sort out, the confirmation emails are still being sent out from VM as well as the nicer artio ones, I would like to stop all VM emails being sent out.

Any help greatly appreciated many thanks

Hello,

The newest VM2 do not allow you to disable its invoices. However you can set 'Default Order Status to send an invoice' in configuration.
Go to VM configuration -> tab Checkout -> field 'Default Order Status to send an invoice'.

Add there status, what you will never use. You can also create new status if you want to use all. Also check if it works for all payment methods you are using.

Thanks for that one, that definitely stops the Invoices, I am also trying to stop the order status emails, IE the "order confirmed" etc I don't suppose you know of a way to stop them?

I am happy to go in and change files but just have no idea where they originate.
