I have another question .. I need the single price shown with tax
(it´s always without tax) , how can I do this? Is there a posibility?
when I say no to : Show Price Excl. Tax Yes No
It not changes the hax for the single price.

Single price column was not added to template, added was just possibility. It's {price_withtax} tag you have to insert to Items table template.
NOTICE: in 2.0.3 is bug, this price is not shown right. Please, wait until next version.
Or you can edit file administrator/components/com_vminvoice/helpers/invoicehtml.php
and replace line 654 by
$replacement = InvoiceCurrencyDisplay::getFullValue($item->product_item_price+($item->item_tax_amount/$item->product_quantity), $this->currency, $this->showCurrency);

But I have an additional Idea ...

Wouldn´t it be a good possibility If one can show tax rate and value only in Summary ?
So that one can show the single product without tax rate and / or tax value but one can decide to show it in summary !?
