Hello,
sorry to say that, but I do not really think there is a bug in the VM Invoice as regards this issue. So far, you are the only one having the problem. Most likely, the problem must be connected with your settings, Joomla or server environment, as VM Invoice fully relies on Joomla mailing engine.

Please, post a screenshot of Mailing settings from VM Invoice & Joomla Global Configuration. It might tell more.

Neither you have answered my earlier question, if other Joomla emails are sent normally. (e.g. new registration notification mail)
Also please state your current Joomla & VM Invoice versions.

Hello, sorry for calling it a bug. I aint got enough words in English. But it is strange for me.
I could not answer the Forum these days becaus I was in another project.

1. I receive every mail from the shop or the contact formula on the website

2. This is my General Mailsettings

3. I made an upgrade to 1.4.2 an d no I receive only mail as an shopper. If I change to shopper and shoppkeeper I get an email error:

Could not instantiate mail function.
Mail could NOT be sent.

In such case, check that your shopkeeper mail information is correct.
Check in VM invoice, what email is used as shopkeeper mail and make sure it is correct.
