so far I havent seen any mention of compatibility with Joomla! 1.7 and VM 2.0? are you working on that? is it going to be updated? if so when?

we will certainly update the component and migrate to Joomla 1.7 at the time when VM 2.0 stable is released.
AFAIK, there is just 1.9.8 RC so far.

I'm aware VM2.0 is still not released as "stable" but there has been number of RC's released and looks like they are about to release it anytime now. BTW, 2.0 is a codename for 1.9.8, so they are actually the same thing, some people get confused thats why they codenamed 1.9.8 to 2.0 if Im not mistaken.

My question is if you are actually working on the new version that is compatible with Joomla 1.7 and VM 2.0 (or 1.9.8)? A lot of people will be migrating to the new version and obviously VM Invoice will be an important factor to held people back.

Would be great if you can give an estimate release date for the new compatible version.

we are currently starting process of testing this. So we should be ready when VM 2.0 is finally out. We may also release some kind of RC earlier - that was not decided yet.

as you will be aware VM 2.0 is finally out. Could you give us a quick update as to when VM Invoice will be J1.7 and VM2.0 compatible? this is the most important factor for my upgrade.
