I would like to change the look and feel of the invoice layout/pdf

I've attached an example of how want it to look like.


in which php file can I alter it?

I want the tax to be calculated at the end after subtotal
subtotal should only be once but it appears 2 times on the invoice, same as the tax.
Shipping cost is being considered as a product, but it also should appear at the end after the subtotal.

I only need to know the php file where I can change all this if I may!

Hello,

the file that needs to be adjusted for the appearance change is in administration part:
helpers/invoicehtml.php.

You just need to reorder the generated lines and possible add some colors, etc. to match it with your desired invoice lookout. Maybe the background image will be a small challenge, I am not sure if the TCPDF supports that.

one question, how can i change the size of the cell in which vm invoice print the amount of a single product. in the invoicehtml.php i fount the size of 5% for this part but it change nothing if i change the value... do u have any idea?

Hello,

you need to make sure that the sum of all columns gives 100%. So if you need to make it wider, you need to make another cell more narrow.
Then it should work fine.

ad background image) it is possible, but not easy, please, refer to
www.tcpdf.org/examples/example_051.phps
