I'm trying to edit some elements displayed on the PDF invoice. Can I change this myself easily or do I need your support?

You should be able to edit it in Invoice Configiration.
You can try these options:
Invoice Configuration -> tab Invoice Configuration -> Address Format

or just edit Invoice Template and remove {contact} and add there your own static address.

Problem with subtotal:
You have to modify in Invoice Configuration -> Invocie Template these templates:
Invoice Header and Invoice Row.
If you open source code there should be visible width for every row. Just set wider Prijs column in Table Row and Table Header.

It looks like you have used address 1 and address 2. Am I right? If yes, address 2 is always below address 1. If you need different address pattern, it will be necessary to modify VM Invoice.
