After changing the status of the order in the VM Invoice 2.0.26 I have the error (Joomla 2.5.11, VM2.0.8). See attached files

Cannot update calculation rules for general order. Unknown column 'virtuemart_order_item_id' in 'where clause' SQL=DELETE FROM `s6izc_virtuemart_order_calc_rules` WHERE (`virtuemart_order_item_id` IS NULL OR `virtuemart_order_item_id`=0) AND `calc_kind` != 'shipment' AND `calc_kind` != 'payment'
Cannot update calculation rules for ordered item 207. Unknown column 'virtuemart_order_item_id' in 'where clause' SQL=DELETE FROM `s6izc_virtuemart_order_calc_rules` WHERE `virtuemart_order_item_id` = 207
Cannot update calculation rules for ordered item 208. Unknown column 'virtuemart_order_item_id' in 'where clause' SQL=DELETE FROM `s6izc_virtuemart_order_calc_rules` WHERE `virtuemart_order_item_id` = 208
