i have 3 questions
1- arabic letters appears as boxes in pdf invoice
2- i want to hide bottom of the letter and replace with image as bottom ? where i can do it
3- may i replace default virutemart send inoice template with my artio template
4- may i make more than one template ?

Hello,

1) this data is taken from VirtueMart tables, so probably the letters are there (maybe it is a decription) -- then turn off displaying the description on the invoice
2) this is set by "Information Fields Position" -- you can turn it off completely
3) yes, see our documentation -- you need to make a code hack in VM
4) no, only one invoice template is allowed
