Hi,

I'm sorry for the delay. We've checked the update process from version 4.0.4 and there was a problem on our server. Hopefully it was fixed.

Make a backup of your website before following next steps (in fact you should always backup your website before updating any components).

If you open the Upgrade page in your JoomSEF now, you should see the latest version being reported 4.1.0. That is correct, because we've changed the update process in that version, so older versions don't see any more recent. Use the Upgrade From ARTIO Server button and your JoomSEF should be updated to 4.1.0. When you get back to the Upgrade page again, you should now see the latest version 4.4.3. Use the Upgrade From ARTIO Server button once more and you should get the current version 4.4.3.
After this procedure you may need to set your Download ID again in JoomSEF configuration and use the Online Migrate to Paid Version button on the Upgrade page.
