in Manage SEF urls we have different home page :
index.php?option=com_content&catid=14&id=6&view=article&Itemid=101
index.php?option=com_content&catid=14&view=article&Itemid=101
index.php
index.php?catid=14
index.php?catid=14&id=6

We would like to have only one homepage to avoid duplicate data.
How can i keep only index.php ?

Hi,
Having duplicate SEF URLs does not cause a duplicate content problem - when home page is accessed only one of the URLs is picked. You can control which one is used by setting it as Active. If you want to use custom meta tags for home page, you can then set them to the Active URL.

I'd recommend using index.php?option=com_content&catid=14&id=6&view=article&Itemid=101 or index.php?option=com_content&catid=14&view=article&Itemid=101, as the other three URLs will probably not work correctly, because they don't contain the required variables.

Last question about this, google webmaster won't see the url if disable ?
If it could see, how can i redirect them to the URL wanted ?

The Enabled state has nothing to do with the visibility of the URL on your website. If you disable some SEF URL, it will display 404 Not Found page if the URL is visited.
There are three different ways to redirect URLs. They're described in JoomSEF's Documentation, see 301 Redirects chapter: www.artio.net/joomsef/documentation#d4e1514
Let me know if you have problems with setting your redirects.
