I just purchased the JoomSEF extension for RSTickets, but that doesn't appear to be compatible with the new RSTickets!Pro help desk module. Please let me know if a new JoomSEF for RSTickets!Pro can be made asap - can I refund my purchase and exchange it for an extension that's compatible with RSTickets!Pro??
