Hi
I'm trying to redirect a URL creating a 301 redirect inside of JoomSEF

the redirect im trying to make is
Moved From URL:
index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage-ask.tpl&product_id=21&category_id=6&option=com_virtuemart

Moved To URL:
audio/vol-13-warm-approach-savoy-tenmagnet

It gives me a "404 component not found error"

Am I inputting this redirect incorrectly? Does anyone know a way around this?
All my redirects seem to work fine except for all of the virtuemart links I'm trying to redirect.

Hi,
The 301 redirect feature can only be used for SEF URLs. For your URL you can use the Alias of the SEF URL:

1. Open Manage SEF URLs page in JoomSEF.
2. Find audio/vol-13-warm-approach-savoy-tenmagnet and click it.
3. Move to Aliases tab and insert your URL index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage-ask.tpl&product_id=21&category_id=6&option=com_virtuemart to the Alias list field.
