I think that this is a problem with upgrade function because it shows an error:

<i>Provided Download ID is not valid for the requested file: com_joomsef3.zip. Please, make sure you are using valid Download ID for this product. (com_joomsef4.zip)</i>

And we are using JoomSEF4...

Could somebody either:

1. Correct the download id on my account for which I have paid.
or
2. Maill an amended download id to me so that I can complete the upgrade and see if the component works?

Sometime this year please.

Hello,

you can find your Download ID when you log in to ARTIO site, and go to "My Orders" page. There, click your order and among the order items, you will see the product you have purchased incl. its Download ID.

As regards problem with the update as mentioned by turminator, you may need to download the newest version manually and then go to JoomSEF / Upgrade page and do the "Upgrade from file".

This should only apply when having v4.0.2 or older installed originally.
