After setting up mobile joomla we are not able to login on any mobile device which running Joomla SEF. If you turn off SEF then all works fine.
We also use Joobi jSubscription to manage access to out site and this will not work with SEF so in the extensions we have to set to no SEF.
Is there a way we can fix this?

What do you mean by mobile Joomla? Classic Joomla on mobile device or Joomla with template for mobile devices?

Mobile Joomla is a component which enables new template specially for different mobile devices. see mobilejoomla.com
I have created a sub domain for the different mobile templates but they don't work with SEF. I have turned off SEF on this component to make it work.
