Joomsef generates over 30,000 urls in my database in only 10 minutes and that causes a high server load. I have enabled cache but still to no avail. If I purge the urls, the load stabilizes and my sites start working fine. Please what can i do?

Is there a cron to purge URLs every 10 mins?

Please, how many pages do you have in your website?
Can you also write which component are you using?
