I've bought the JoomSEF extension 15. February 2010. I'm having trouble with the pagination on the frontpage. "Next page" (Nästa sida) shows the same page as your visiting. I've just upgraded it to the latest version but the problem still exists.

To narrow it down:

On the frontpage (/) the next link is:
www.domain.tld/start/sida-2

Clicking that button or the "2" get you to the correct page. But if you check the next link on page 2 it's still www.domain.tld/start/sida-2

Try this:
Go to Manage Extensions in JoomSEF configuration, click the Content extension and on the Common page set the "Items per page" option according to number of articles on your frontpage. Then go to Manage SEF URLs and delete all the links to the homepage so they can be recreated with the new configuration.
