Hello,

We haven't encountered such problem before. Please make sure that there's no plugin interfering with JoomSEF (maybe the google translation plugin). Does it work with JoomSEF disabled and using only the Joomla's standard SEF?

Try disabling JoomSEF (in JoomSEF's configuration) and leave the standard Joomla's SEO enabled (in Joomla's global configuration). Does it work?
