TOPIC: max execution time after upgrade

max execution time after upgrade 14 years, 2 months ago #14652

After the upgrade to the latest version of JomSEF every time I try to get, from the control panel to the manage sef urls o manage custom urls I get:
Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in /administrator/components/com_sef/models/sefurls.php on line 61

I tried to rise the execution time from php.ini up to 160 seconds but the error is still there.
Any suggestion?
Thank you.

The problem could be, that you have a lot of URLs in database and you set to display all of them on one page. Try to clear your browser cache and try it again. Maybe you can try to look, how many records are in database.
If you want to increase max execution time, you must change php.ini firts, and then restart your Apache server to take effect.

A better way to "Fix" this.. is to set the list limit to eg 50 in the joomla global configuration... logout and then back in.. and test it... ;)

The thing is you have most likely set to show ALL in list.. with many urls in the db that will take some time :)
