Why do I have to wait for weeks between responses that do not even resolve anything. All I'm asking is where to send the zip file. Can you please take 5 seconds out of your life to answer me. Remember that I am a paying customer many times over...

you can send it to Diese E-Mail-Adresse ist gegen Spambots geschützt! Du musst JavaScript aktivieren, damit Du sie sehen kannst. .

Sorry for a late reply. Anyway Docman is a free extension and thus not a priority #1.
(and that is not a matter if you have paid JoomSEF core or not)

Anyway, we will do our best to review the extension ASAP.
