Has anyone been able to get SectionEX to work with JoomSEF? I’ve had to set my component handling configuration to “skip” because the URL that is created by JoomSEF redirects to my site’s Front page rather than the SectionEX component that is configured in the menu.

Here is the component URL in my menu:
index.php?Itemid=4&option=com_sectionex&view=category&id=1

Here is the JoomSEF URL that is created:
index.php/knowledge-base/1.html

I’m using Joomla v1.5.9 with JoomSEF v3.2.9

I am afraid that without a special JoomSEF extension this component will not work properly.

This is a major component. When will you comme out with this extension?
