We have found it!

In configurations you have Maximum links for each word: 3 set as default. Accordingly to general practice it suppose to be number of links per page, but it is for a whole website. That is why we did not see any link - we have over 3000 pages and links were lost.

Sorry gentlemen but this is ridiculous! for the website with key words number over 100k to set any limits? For the 5 pages website probably this function could be usefull but for serious webportal it is very confusing.

We would kindly ask you to continue development of your Internal Links Manager asit is useful function that really brings JoomSEF as number one in SEF URL management.

function highly required are: limits of number of links per page, popup glossary stile info, category and sections limits where no Internal Links should be applied incl extensions support for K2.

Is it possible to set up priority for pharases and key words? When phrase contains one of the already assigned words internal Link Manager applies link to single key word and ignores phrase, although phrase has higher priority.

As regards the "Maximum links for each word" option, it really is per page. For example, if one word is present 5 times on the page, only the first 3 occurences will be replaced with a link, so I think there must have been some other problem.

Phrases are not currently supported, but thank you for all your suggestions, will add them to our Requested features list.
