Since version v3.6.3 our www.domainname.com/index.php page redirects to www.domainname.com/ this is obviously creating SEO problems with search engines and with loop redirects when editing our htaccess file.

Please advise.

My htaccess file looks something like this:

Go to JoomSEF configuration and on the Advanced tab disable the "Fix index.php links" option.
