Hi,

I don't quite understand. What old URLs do you mean? The ones your website used before you installed JoomSEF (either non-SEF or standard Joomla SEF)? If yes, then those URLs should be automatically redirected to the new SEF URLs once the SEF URLs are created for them.

Hi,

yes i refer to the ones used prior to using joomsef. Nope just tried they are not redirected. For example:

www.mediaz.com.sg/online-marketing-servi...site-and-design.html

Hi,

We've found a bug in JoomSEF causing URLs with .html suffix not being redirected. The redirection works if you use this URL: www.mediaz.com.sg/online-marketing-servi...e-website-and-design

The problem will be fixed in next version of JoomSEF. In the meantime, you can either set redirects manually in JoomSEF, or you can use some custom rule in your .htaccess file to first redirect all URLs with .html to their equivalent without the suffix, which then will be redirected correctly by JoomSEF.

Thank you for your report and I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
